• Island Spot Dinner for 1 (for pickup before the event): Choose from Jerk Chicken, Oxtails, Red Snapper Fish or Jerk Shrimp and a choice of two sides; plus an appetizer (beef or chicken patty, plantains or coconut shrimp)
• DIY Rum Cocktail Demo: Rum samplers and garnishments will be provided as well as your pre-mixed cocktail. Follow along with our resident bartender as he guides you to creating a thirst-quenching island cocktail!
